Getting started with PRIXO takes less than five minutes. You’ll create an account, run your first price comparison using the AI chat, and optionally contribute a screenshot to earn points in the Trust Network. Here’s exactly how to do it.
PRIXO’s interface is in Arabic (Saudi dialect). This quickstart is in English. All price comparisons, chat responses, and contribution flows are available in Arabic once you’re signed in.
1

Create your account

Open prixo.ai in your browser or the PRIXO app.You have two sign-in options:
  • Phone OTP — Enter your Saudi mobile number in international format (+9665XXXXXXXX) or local format (05XXXXXXXX). PRIXO sends a one-time passcode via SMS. Enter the code to verify your number and complete sign-in.
  • Google — Tap Continue with Google and authenticate with any Google account.
After signing in for the first time, PRIXO’s AI opens a short onboarding conversation. It asks you a few questions in Arabic — your neighbourhood in Riyadh, your favourite cuisines, and the delivery platforms you use most. Answering these helps PRIXO personalise comparison results and surface the most relevant prices for your area. You can skip this step and update your preferences later from your profile settings.
Use your real Saudi number during sign-up. PRIXO ties Trust Network contributions to verified phone accounts, which increases the weight your future price submissions carry.
2

Compare your first price

Once you’re signed in, you land on the AI chat screen. Type your question in Arabic, exactly the way you’d ask a friend:
PRIXO’s AI searches its verified price store for that dish at that restaurant and responds with a comparison across all three platforms — HungerStation, Keeta, and Jahez. Each result shows:
  • Item price — the base cost of the dish on that platform
  • Delivery fee — what the app charges to deliver to your area
  • Service charge — any platform handling fee
  • VAT (15%) — applied to the item price
  • True total — the amount you’d actually pay at checkout
The cheapest platform is highlighted at the top. If a price was submitted by multiple users and confirmed as accurate, it carries a Verified badge. If the data is older than seven days, PRIXO marks it as Stale so you know to treat it as an estimate.Prefer to browse by restaurant? Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find a restaurant by name. Select it to see all available dishes and their cross-platform totals.
You can ask follow-up questions in the same chat thread. For example: “وعلى هنقرستيشن؟” or “اي واحد أرخص مع التوصيل؟” — PRIXO keeps the context of the conversation and refines its answer.

Contribute and earn points

Every price in PRIXO’s verified price store was submitted by a real user. You can contribute too — and earn points when your submission is verified. Here’s how:
  1. Place (or browse) an order on HungerStation, Keeta, or Jahez until you reach the checkout screen that shows the full price breakdown.
  2. Take a screenshot of that screen.
  3. In PRIXO, tap Contribute and upload the screenshot.
PRIXO’s AI automatically reads the screenshot and extracts the restaurant name, dish name, item price, delivery fee, service charge, and VAT. You don’t need to fill in any fields manually — just review the extracted data, confirm it looks correct, and submit.Once PRIXO’s AI verifies the submission, you earn points. As you accumulate points, you move through Trust Network contributor levels. Higher-level contributors have their submissions weighted more heavily in the verified price calculation, meaning your data has more influence over what other users see.
Only submit screenshots of real checkout screens. Screenshots of menu pages or modified images are rejected by the AI verification step and may result in a temporary contribution ban.
You’re all set. You’ve compared a real price, and if you contributed a screenshot, you’ve already started building your Trust Network standing. To understand exactly how PRIXO calculates the totals you see, read How It Works.
