Most PRIXO issues can be resolved in under a minute. Find your problem in the list below and follow the steps — if you’re still stuck after trying the fix, email hi@prixo.ai or use the feedback widget at the bottom of any page to send a report directly to the team.
If you’re not receiving an OTP or the code isn’t being accepted, work through these steps:
1

Check your number format

PRIXO accepts Saudi mobile numbers in two formats:
  • International format: +9665XXXXXXXX
  • Local format: 05XXXXXXXX
Make sure you haven’t included spaces, dashes, or a leading zero when using the international format (e.g. +96605... is incorrect — it should be +9665...).
2

Wait before requesting a new code

SMS delivery can take up to 30 seconds on congested networks. Wait at least 60 seconds before tapping “Resend code” — requesting codes too quickly can temporarily lock the SMS sender.
3

Check for SMS blocking

Some carriers or device settings filter messages from shortcodes. Check your spam or blocked messages folder, and if you use a third-party messaging app, check its inbox too.
4

Try signing in with Google

If your Saudi number isn’t working and you have a Google account, tap Continue with Google on the sign-in screen. Google sign-in and Phone OTP give access to the same account if your email is linked in Settings.
PRIXO’s AI needs a clear, complete checkout view to extract prices reliably. If your submission was rejected or extracted incorrect data, try the following:
1

Verify the screenshot content

The image must show the full checkout or cart summary screen, including:
  • Item name and unit price
  • Delivery fee line
  • Service fee line
  • VAT amount
  • Order total
Partial screenshots or images that only show the item without the fee breakdown will fail extraction.
2

Check the file

  • Format must be JPEG, PNG, or WebP
  • File size must be under 5 MB
  • Compress or re-export the image if it exceeds the limit
3

Improve image quality

AI confidence must reach 40% or above for a submission to be accepted. If your screenshot is blurry, has strong glare, or cuts off part of the price table, retake it:
  • Use your device’s built-in screenshot function rather than photographing the screen
  • Make sure the screen brightness is high enough that all text is clearly legible
4

Select the platform manually

On the upload screen, use the platform dropdown to specify which app the screenshot is from. Your manual selection always overrides AI detection and can prevent mismatches.
The AI chat displays Arabic error banners when the connection is interrupted. Here’s what each message means and how to respond:
1

Tap the retry button

An أعد المحاولة (Retry) button appears inside the error banner. Tap it to resend the last message without retyping it.
2

Check your connection

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network issue. If you’re on a VPN, try disabling it — some VPN configurations interfere with the chat stream.
3

Refresh the page

If retrying doesn’t work, refresh the page. Your conversation history is saved, so you won’t lose previous messages.
The message وصلت لحد الرسائل لهذي الدقيقة means you’ve reached the chat rate limit. PRIXO applies a per-minute message limit per user to keep the AI responsive for everyone.Wait a minute and then continue your conversation — the limit resets automatically.
If PRIXO’s AI misidentified which delivery app a screenshot came from, you can correct it:
1

Submit a new snapshot

Go to Contribute → Upload screenshot and re-upload the same image (or a fresh screenshot of the same checkout).
2

Select the correct platform manually

Use the platform dropdown to pick the correct app before submitting. Your explicit selection always overrides AI detection — the manually chosen platform is recorded as authoritative regardless of what the AI infers from the image.
The original misidentified submission will remain visible until it either ages out or is superseded by the corrected submission with enough community confirmations.
There are two rules that silently prevent a confirmation from registering:
  • You cannot confirm your own submissions. If you uploaded the original price snapshot, you are ineligible to confirm it — the system requires independent verification.
  • You cannot confirm the same snapshot twice. Each user can confirm a given snapshot only once.
If neither rule applies to you but the confirmation still didn’t register:
1

Refresh the page

Reload the page and navigate back to the price entry you wanted to confirm.
2

Try confirming again

Tap the confirm button again. Occasionally a brief network hiccup causes a confirmation request to drop without showing an error.
3

Contact support if the issue persists

If repeated attempts fail on multiple different price entries, email hi@prixo.ai with the restaurant name and the platform so the team can investigate.
Points are awarded when a contribution is successfully processed, not simply when a file is uploaded. Two timing rules apply:
  • Receipt uploads: Points appear after AI processing completes. Processing can take up to 60 seconds. Refresh your profile page after waiting.
  • Snapshot submissions: Points appear after the submission is accepted by the system (price data extracted and stored), not at the moment of upload.
1

Wait and refresh

Wait 60–90 seconds after your last upload, then pull to refresh your profile or reload the profile page.
2

Check for processing errors

If your upload was rejected (blurry image, unsupported format, confidence too low), no points are awarded. Check the My Contributions section in your profile for any failed entries.
3

Contact support

If your contribution shows as accepted in My Contributions but points still haven’t appeared after several minutes, email hi@prixo.ai with your username so the team can check the points ledger.
You have two ways to reach the PRIXO team:

Email

Send a message to hi@prixo.ai. Include your username (or phone number used to sign in) and a brief description of the issue. The team typically replies within one business day.

Feedback widget

Every page in PRIXO has a feedback widget at the bottom. Submitting through the widget automatically attaches your session context, which helps the team diagnose technical issues faster than email alone.
