The answers below cover the most common questions about how PRIXO works, how prices get verified, and how you can contribute.
Yes — PRIXO is completely free. There is no subscription, no premium tier, and no charge for any feature on the platform. You can compare prices, browse restaurants, and use the AI chat at no cost.
No. PRIXO doesn’t take orders or deliver food. It’s the price-and-knowledge reference you check before you order — compare the real total for a dish across HungerStation, Keeta, and Jahez, look up menus and offers, then place your order in whichever delivery app works out cheapest. If you ask the AI chat how PRIXO is different from a delivery app, it explains the same thing.
Yes. Ask the AI chat something like “how do I use PRIXO?” or “what can you do?” and it walks you through the main things you can do here — compare prices across delivery apps, discover restaurants near you, upload a receipt or checkout screenshot to add prices, look up a restaurant’s menu, find active offers, invite a friend, and earn points for contributing — and offers to try any of them with you right there in the chat.
PRIXO currently supports the following platforms in Riyadh:
  • HungerStation (هنقرستيشن) — the largest food delivery platform in Saudi Arabia
  • Keeta (كيتا) — Meituan’s regional delivery platform
  • Jahez (جاهز) — a Saudi-founded delivery platform
  • The Chefs (ذا شفز) — a Phase 1 provider with growing community coverage

All price data on PRIXO is community-contributed rather than scraped automatically from delivery apps. If a restaurant you want to order from is missing, you can add it yourself by uploading a screenshot of your checkout screen in any of the supported apps. Once you submit the screenshot, PRIXO’s AI extracts the price breakdown and makes it available to other users.
Every price on PRIXO carries one of two statuses:
  • Verified (✓) — the price has been independently confirmed by enough community members to meet the verification threshold. These are the most reliable figures and are used in the cheapest-total calculation.
  • Unverified — the price was recently submitted and is still awaiting confirmation from other users. It is displayed for reference but is not treated as authoritative.
Prices that have not been re-confirmed within a set number of days are marked stale and excluded from comparisons until re-confirmed. If you spot an outdated price, you can confirm or flag it to keep the data fresh.
When you upload a receipt or checkout screenshot, PRIXO’s AI processes the image to extract the price data (item name, unit price, delivery fee, service fee, and VAT). The original image is stored privately in your account and is not shared publicly.The extracted price data — with no personally identifiable information — may be used anonymously to power comparisons for all users. Your name, phone number, and order history are never included in any shared data.
You cannot edit a submission directly after it has been accepted. However, you or any other community member can propose a base price correction — a new submission that challenges the existing figure. The community votes on the correction, and if it reaches the confirmation threshold, the updated price replaces the previous one. This keeps the process transparent and prevents unilateral edits.

Tap Send code. You will receive a 6-digit SMS within a few seconds.

Type the 6-digit code into the verification field. Enter the code promptly — it expires after a short time.
If the SMS doesn’t arrive, make sure your number begins with 05 or +9665 and that your carrier hasn’t blocked shortcode messages. Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new code.
Prices that have not been re-confirmed within a set period after their last verification are automatically flagged as stale. Stale prices are still visible in the app, but they are excluded from the cheapest-total calculation to avoid misleading comparisons. To remove the stale flag, any user can re-confirm the price by verifying they saw the same amount in the app.
Go to Settings → Data to find the account deletion option.
The self-serve deletion flow is currently under development. If you need your account and data removed immediately, email hi@prixo.ai and the team will process your request manually.
Deleting your account removes your profile, uploaded images, and any personal data associated with your account. Anonymised price data you contributed may be retained as part of the community dataset.
The AI chat defaults to Saudi Arabic (Najdi dialect) so responses feel natural for users in Riyadh. It also reads your writing style — if you write in English, it will reply in English. If you mix Arabic and English, it follows your lead. You can switch at any time simply by changing the language you type in.
