# PRIXO Privacy Policy

> How PRIXO collects, uses, and protects the information of its users.

  نلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية وفق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وعلى الأخص نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) ولائحته التنفيذية الصادرة عن الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (SDAIA). استخدامك للخدمة يُعدّ قبولاً ضمنياً لهذه السياسة.

  ### 1. هوية المسؤول عن البيانات

  PRIXO منصة سعودية مستقلة تعمل كـ«المسؤول عن معالجة البيانات الشخصية» وفق المادة الأولى من نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.

  ### 2. الأساس النظامي للمعالجة

  نُعالج البيانات الشخصية بناءً على:

  * الموافقة الصريحة من المستخدم عند التسجيل واستخدام الخدمة.
  * المصلحة المشروعة لتشغيل المنصة وتحسين الخدمة.
  * الأسس الأخرى المنصوص عليها في المادة الخامسة من نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.

  ### 3. البيانات التي نجمعها

  **بيانات الحساب:** رقم الجوال السعودي (للتحقق عبر OTP)، الاسم (اختياري)، الجنس (اختياري).

  **بيانات المحادثة:** الرسائل المُتبادلة مع المساعد الذكي، محفوظة لمدة 90 يوماً ثم تُحذف تلقائياً.

  **بيانات الصور المرفوعة:** صور الإيصالات تُعالج آلياً عبر تقنيات رؤية الكمبيوتر، وتُطمس البيانات الحساسة (أسماء، عناوين، أرقام بطاقات، معلومات الدفع) خلال ثوانٍ قبل الحفظ، والصورة الأصلية تُحذف فور إكمال المعالجة. الصور الأخرى (تقييمات، بلاغات) تُحفظ ضمن صلاحيات وصول صارمة، ولا تُعرض علناً بدون موافقة المساهم.

  **بيانات الموقع:** إحداثيات تقريبية على مستوى الحي (geohash بحجم 5 كم تقريباً). الموقع الكامل لا يُخزَّن في قاعدة بياناتنا بدون إذنك الصريح.

  **بيانات تحليلية:** إحصاءات استخدام مجمّعة ومقاييس أداء أساسية. وقد نسجّل جلسات تصفّح مجهولة الهوية مع إخفاء كامل للنصوص والمدخلات والأسعار وأرقام الجوال لأغراض تحسين المنتج، دون كوكيز تتبّع إعلانية.

  **بيانات الإشعارات (اختيارية):** الإشعارات في PRIXO لا تُفعَّل إلا بضغطك أنت على «فعّل الإشعارات» في صفحة إعدادات الإشعارات — لا تُفعَّل افتراضياً أبداً. عند التفعيل نخزّن: عنوان الإشعارات الذي يولّده متصفحك (endpoint)، ومفاتيح التشفير التي ينشئها المتصفح لتأمين الإيصال، وبيان نوع المتصفح، وتاريخ موافقتك، مرتبطةً بحسابك. تُستخدم هذه البيانات حصراً لإيصال الإشعارات التي طلبتها. يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات في أي وقت من الصفحة نفسها عبر زر «إيقاف» فيُحذف اشتراكك فوراً، كما تُحذف عناوين الإشعارات غير الفعّالة تلقائياً. تفعيل الإشعارات لا يتضمن أي تخزين لصفحات الموقع أو تصفّحاً دون اتصال.

  ### 4. كيف نستخدم البيانات؟

  نستخدم البيانات المُجمَّعة فقط للأغراض التالية:

  * تحسين دقة الأسعار.
  * التحقق من المساهمات.
  * بناء قاعدة المعرفة الغذائية السعودية.
  * تحسين التوصيات.
  * تطوير وتحسين النسخة التجريبية.
  * اكتشاف الأخطاء وتحسين جودة البيانات.

  تُستخدم بعض البيانات والمساهمات أيضاً لتحسين واختبار النسخة التجريبية (Beta) وتطوير المزايا الجديدة قبل الإطلاق الكامل.

  ### 5. عدم بيع البيانات

  لا تقوم PRIXO ببيع البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين أو تأجيرها أو مشاركتها لأغراض إعلانية مع المطاعم أو تطبيقات التوصيل أو أي طرف ثالث.

  لا تقوم PRIXO بمشاركة البيانات الشخصية مع المطاعم أو تطبيقات التوصيل لأغراض التسويق المباشر.

  ### 6. المعرفة والإحصاءات

  قد تُستخدم البيانات والمساهمات والصور بعد إزالة أو طمس البيانات الشخصية لإنتاج إحصاءات ومؤشرات وتقارير ومعارف عامة تساعد على تحسين الخدمة وفهم السوق الاستهلاكي.

  ### 7. حقوقك كصاحب بيانات

  وفقاً للمادة الرابعة من نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحته التنفيذية (المواد 18-23)، لك الحقوق التالية:

  * الحق في العلم بطريقة معالجة بياناتك.
  * الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك.
  * الحق في طلب تصحيحها.
  * الحق في طلب حذفها.
  * الحق في سحب الموافقة على المعالجة.
  * الحق في نقل بياناتك.
  * الحق في الاعتراض على المعالجة.

  لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، راسلنا على: [Hi@prixo.ai](mailto:Hi@prixo.ai) . نلتزم بالرد على طلبك خلال 30 يوماً.

  ### 8. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

  تستعين PRIXO بمزوّدي خدمات تقنية يعملون كمعالجين بالنيابة (data processors) فقط، تحت اتفاقيات معالجة بيانات صارمة. هؤلاء لا يبيعون بياناتك ولا يستخدمونها لأغراضهم الخاصة:

  * مزودو قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة.
  * مزودو الاستضافة والبنية التحتية.
  * مزودو نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي ومعالجة الصور.
  * مزودو الخرائط والبحث الجغرافي.
  * مزودو إرسال رسائل التحقق.

  **لا نشارك بياناتك مع تطبيقات التوصيل بأي حال.**

  ### 9. المعالجة خارج المملكة

  قد تتم معالجة بعض البيانات بواسطة مزودي خدمات وتقنيات سحابية خارج المملكة العربية السعودية وفق ضوابط الحماية المعتمدة وبالحد الأدنى اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة.

  ### 10. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

  * المحادثات مع المساعد الذكي: 90 يوماً ثم تُحذف تلقائياً.
  * بيانات الإيصالات بعد طمس البيانات الشخصية: تُحفظ ما دامت هناك حاجة تشغيلية أو معرفية مشروعة للمنصة، مع احتفاظ المستخدم بحقوقه المنصوص عليها في سياسة الخصوصية.
  * بيانات الحساب: طوال فترة نشاط المستخدم. يمكن طلب الحذف عبر [Hi@prixo.ai](mailto:Hi@prixo.ai) .

  ### 11. حماية القاصرين

  الخدمة موجهة لمن أعمارهم 13 سنة فأكثر، تماشياً مع المادة السادسة من اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. إذا اكتشفنا حساباً لقاصر دون السن المسموح، نُغلقه ونحذف بياناته فوراً.

  ### 12. الإبلاغ عن خرق البيانات

  في حال اكتشاف أي خرق للبيانات الشخصية يؤثر على المستخدمين، نُخطر الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (SDAIA) والمستخدمين المتأثرين خلال 72 ساعة من اكتشاف الخرق، وفقاً للمادة العشرين من نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.

  ### 13. حق الشكوى لـ SDAIA

  لك الحق في تقديم شكوى مباشرة للهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (SDAIA) عبر موقعها الرسمي: sdaia.gov.sa

  ### 14. التحديثات على هذه السياسة

  نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. أي تعديل جوهري يُعلَن للمستخدمين عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق قبل النفاذ بـ 7 أيام على الأقل. يظهر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» دائماً أعلى الصفحة.

PRIXO is a consumer platform that helps people in Saudi Arabia explore restaurants, prices, offers, and community-shared information. This Privacy Policy describes the information we handle when you use PRIXO and how we use it.

We use plain language wherever possible. Where something may change in the future, we say so directly.

## 1. Information we collect

### Account information

When you register for PRIXO, we collect:

* Your **mobile number**, which is required to create an account.
* Account information you provide during registration, such as a display name.
* Your **email address**, if you choose to provide one. Email may be optional where this option is available.

Real names are encouraged but not required. You can choose a display name that does not include your real name.

### Location information

PRIXO may use your location information to:

* Improve the discovery of nearby restaurants.
* Make search results and recommendations more relevant to where you are.
* Support local experiences and features.

Your location information may be updated based on your current location while you use PRIXO.

### Content you submit

When you contribute to PRIXO, we may collect:

* Receipt images you upload.
* Ratings and reviews you write.
* Photos, comments, and other information you choose to share.
* Any context you add to a contribution.

### Usage information

We may collect basic information about how you use PRIXO, such as the actions you take in the app, the searches you run, and technical information about your device. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the service.

We may also record anonymized session replays — page structure and interactions such as clicks and scrolling — to help us improve the product. All on-screen text, inputs, prices, and phone numbers are fully masked, so these recordings never contain content that could identify you. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

### Notifications (optional)

Notifications are off by default. They turn on only when you tap **فعّل الإشعارات** (enable notifications) on the notifications settings page.

If you enable them, we store the push address your browser generates (the endpoint), the encryption keys your browser creates to secure delivery, your browser's user-agent string, and the time of your consent, linked to your account. This information is used only to deliver the notifications you asked for.

You can turn notifications off at any time from the same settings page using **إيقاف** (turn off); this deletes your subscription immediately. Push addresses that stop working are also removed automatically. Enabling notifications does not involve page caching or offline storage of the website.

## 2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

* Operate and provide PRIXO and its features.
* Personalize content, search results, and recommendations.
* Process and display community contributions, such as ratings, reviews, prices, and offers.
* Verify prices and the accuracy of community contributions.
* Moderate content, prevent fraud, and address abuse.
* Improve and develop PRIXO over time.
* Communicate with you about your account or important changes to the service.

## 3. Receipts and uploaded content

Receipts and other uploaded content play an important role in keeping PRIXO useful. Receipt images may be stored and used for:

* **Price verification** — confirming that the prices shown on PRIXO reflect what people actually pay.
* **Moderation** — reviewing reports or unusual activity related to a submission.
* **Fraud prevention** — identifying fake or misleading submissions.
* **Data quality** — improving the overall reliability of community information.

Over time, older receipts may be replaced by newer verified submissions when this leads to more accurate information for the community.

## 4. Sharing of information

PRIXO does not sell your personal information.

We may share information:

* With service providers that help us run PRIXO (such as hosting or technical infrastructure), under appropriate confidentiality terms.
* With other community members, in the form of contributions you choose to share publicly (for example, ratings or reviews under your display name).
* When required to respond to a lawful request or to protect the safety and integrity of PRIXO and its users.

## 5. Your choices

You can:

* Update your profile information at any time.
* Choose what to share publicly (such as your display name and contributions).
* Adjust device-level permissions, such as location, through your device settings.

## 6. Account and data deletion

You can:

* **Delete your account** through the options provided in the app.
* **Request deletion of your personal data** associated with your account.

Some content you have contributed to the community (such as anonymized price information) may continue to be used as part of PRIXO's overall knowledge of restaurants and prices, in line with the license you grant when you submit content. We describe this license in the [Terms of Use](/policies/terms-of-use).

## 7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information stored on PRIXO. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to address issues quickly if they arise.

## 8. Children

PRIXO is intended for general consumer use. PRIXO is not designed for children, and we ask that the platform only be used by people who are old enough to make their own decisions about restaurants, food, and online services.

## 9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as PRIXO evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we will update this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
