# Food Delivery Platforms Supported by PRIXO in Riyadh

> PRIXO compares prices on HungerStation, Keeta, Jahez, Ninja, and The Chefs in Riyadh, with plans to expand to additional delivery apps and cities.

PRIXO compares real order totals — not just item prices — across the delivery platforms available in Riyadh (الرياض). Every number you see includes the item price, delivery fee, service fee, VAT, and any active promotions, so you always know which app will cost you the least before you tap "Place order."

  PRIXO does **not** scrape delivery apps directly. All price data is user-contributed and verified by the community through the Trust Network. This means coverage grows as more people share their checkout screenshots.

## Currently supported platforms

<Note>
  Alongside the delivery apps, PRIXO can also show the **restaurant's own menu price** (سعر المطعم) as a baseline in comparisons — the price the restaurant lists directly, before any delivery-app fees or markup. It's labelled separately so you can see how much an app adds on top.

## What PRIXO tracks per platform

For every price submission on each supported platform, PRIXO records and displays the following cost components:

| **Item price**   | The listed price of the menu item at the time of the order                    |
| **Delivery fee** | The fee charged by the platform for delivery to your address                  |
| **Service fee**  | Any platform service or convenience charge                                    |
| **VAT**          | Value Added Tax (15%) applied to the order                                    |
| **Promotions**   | Active discounts, promo codes, or free-delivery offers noted by the submitter |

The **real total** shown in comparisons is the sum of all components above, giving you a like-for-like figure across platforms.

## Coverage area

PRIXO's current comparison data covers **Riyadh (الرياض)**. All restaurant branches used in comparisons are located within the city. Delivery fee data reflects typical delivery distances within Riyadh neighbourhoods — your exact fee may vary slightly depending on your address.

### Phase 1 provider note

**The Chefs** (ذا شفز) was included as a Phase 1 data provider during early testing. Coverage from The Chefs is currently limited; contributions from users who order through The Chefs app will help expand this data.

## Coming soon

PRIXO is actively working to expand platform and city coverage. Planned additions include:

* Additional delivery platforms operating in Saudi Arabia
* Coverage for Jeddah (جدة) and other major Saudi cities
* Real-time promotion tracking for supported platforms

## Adding data for a missing platform

If you use a delivery app that isn't yet supported, you can still contribute:

    Complete your checkout in the delivery app and take a screenshot of the final cart or order summary screen before confirming payment.

  <Step title="Upload the screenshot in PRIXO">
    Go to **Contribute → Upload screenshot** in the PRIXO app and select your image. Choose the platform manually from the dropdown — your selection always overrides AI detection if there is any ambiguity.

  <Step title="Wait for AI processing">
    PRIXO's AI reads the screenshot and extracts the price breakdown. Processing takes up to 60 seconds. You'll receive points once the submission is accepted.

### Screenshot requirements

To ensure the AI can accurately extract price data, your screenshot must meet these requirements:

* **Format:** JPEG, PNG, or WebP
* **File size:** Maximum 5 MB
* **Content:** Must clearly show the item name, unit price, delivery fee, service fee, and VAT as a visible breakdown
* **Clarity:** The image must be sharp enough for text to be legible — very blurry or partial screenshots are automatically rejected if confidence falls below 40%

<Tip>
  The clearest screenshots come from the order summary screen just before you confirm payment, not from the post-order confirmation page. That screen typically shows the full cost breakdown in one view.
